For the 2026 East Ohio District Assembly 

All assigned ordained and licensed ministers are ex officio delegates to the District Assembly. Please list all assigned Ordained and Licensed Ministers who are members of your local congregation. Please include lead pastors, associates, & missionaries.

Ex Officio Delegates

(Members of the district assembly by the virtue of office for the new assembly year)
According to Manual 201, department heads (or their Vice) elected to serve in the new church year represent your church at the district assembly, not the officers during the past year.
If your local auxiliaries have a vice president, please list them as well, as if your auxiliary president cannot attend District Assembly, the vice president may attend in his/her place.
PLEASE NOTE: only one person per auxiliary will be registered as a delegate at District Assembly. Either the president or the vice president will be seated, not both.

Additional Delegates

The local church is also able to send additional delegates to the district assembly based upon the number of members. Because the membership of our district is 5,000 or more, the number of delegates allowed is designated by the following:
0-75 Members: 1 Delegate. 326-375 Members: 7 Delegates
76-125 Members: 2 Delegates. 376-425 Members: 8 Delegates
126-175 Members: 3 Delegates. 426-475 Members: 9 Delegates
176-225 Members: 4 Delegates. 476-525 Members: 10 Delegates
226-275 Members: 5 Delegates. 526-575 Members: 11 Delegates
276-325 Members: 6 Delegates. 576-625 Members: 12 Delegates

-If your church is eligible for more than 12 delegates, continue the chart to reach the total number of delegates allowed for your church membership.
-If the church is a church-type mission which has members, the Board of General Superintendents issued a ruling in 1998 that the pastor may name eligible delegates based on the chart above.
